Maganda Esthetics LLC- Appointment Etiquette An Experience Reserved Exclusively for You. At Maganda, each appointment is a bespoke experience, thoughtfully prepared with your unique care in mind. To honor the artistry and time reserved exclusively for you, the following policies are thoughtfully in place: ⸻ Courtesy Reschedules • One courtesy reschedule is allowed with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. • Appointments may only be rescheduled once per booking. • Repeated rescheduling may result in cancellation of future services. ⸻ Cancellations & Fees • Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 35% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. • This fee honors the preparation and time dedicated to your reserved experience. ⸻ No-Shows • Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s). • No-shows may result in permanent suspension of future booking privileges at Maganda Esthetics LLC. ⸻ Card on File & Payment • A valid card is required at the time of booking. • By booking, you authorize Maganda Esthetics LLC, to charge the card on file in accordance with these policies. • All remaining balances are due in full at the time of service. • Maganda Esthetics LLC, reserves the right to take necessary actions to ensure that all services are paid for, including using the card on file to cover any outstanding balances. ⸻ Late Arrivals • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled time will forfeit their appointment and will be asked to either: • Reschedule for another time, or • Accept a shorter appointment depending on the service and availability. • Please note: Traffic delays and similar circumstances are not considered valid exceptions. • The intimate, unhurried nature of your service is designed to nurture both skin and spirit — a flow that relies on thoughtful timing. I kindly ask that you plan accordingly, allowing yourself the grace to arrive unhurried, fully present, and ready to indulge in the experience curated for you. ⸻ Health & Wellness • If you are feeling unwell, please contact me prior to your appointment. • Clients arriving visibly ill will be asked to reschedule and may be subject to applicable fees. • This policy protects the wellness of all guests and staff. ⸻ Intake Forms • All clients are required to complete intake forms prior to their appointment. • Please answer all questions truthfully and to the best of your ability, especially regarding any allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns. • This ensures your safety and allows me to provide the best care tailored to your needs. • Rest assured, all information provided on your intake forms is kept incredibly confidential between us.
